Who should attend the Summit on Workforce?

The Summit is best suited for senior executives who directly drive company-wide workforce recruitment, advancement, and retention decisions (e.g. HR, DEI, Compensation, etc.). How do I signal my company’s interest in sending an executive representative to the Summit?

Please complete the Interest Form by July 31 to indicate your company’s interest in this exclusive event, where space is extremely limited. You may complete the interest form prior to identifying the specific participant from your organization. Attendee information is required by August 16 in order to confirm your company’s registration. 

What is the format?

The Summit on Workforce Innovation and Well-Being is designed to offer a diverse and engaging format that encourages active participation and meaningful exchanges. Attendees can expect a mix of activities and opportunities tailored to facilitate learning, collaboration, and networking. 

The Summit will likely feature intimate fireside chats with industry leaders, providing insights on key topics. Small group discussions will allow for focused conversations and idea sharing among peers. The event will provide ample opportunities for peer connection, fostering relationships with fellow executives and thought leaders. 

The Summit will also incorporate local explorations to balance the intensive work sessions, offering a chance to experience the unique surroundings and draw inspiration from the retreat environment. 

Central to the Summit's format are interactive working sessions, where participants can apply new insights to real-world challenges and develop actionable strategies. This varied approach ensures a dynamic and productive experience that combines formal learning with informal networking and practical application.

What costs will be covered?

Lodging + Activities
Participant lodging at the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe will be fully covered for the duration of the conference, from September 16 - 20, 2024. This comprehensive accommodation package ensures that all attendees can fully immerse themselves in the summit experience without logistical concerns. 

The Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe offers an ideal setting for our transformative gathering. Nestled in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, this luxurious retreat combines the rugged beauty of the high desert with world-class amenities. 
All group meals and any group activities planned for attendees will be covered. Participants may choose to engage in additional activities while on-site at their own expense.

Air Travel
To ensure that travel logistics do not hinder participation, we are pleased to offer air travel coverage for all attendees up to $2,000 per person, and we ask participants to choose as economical a mode of transit as comfort and circumstances allow. Participants have the flexibility to arrange their travel in two ways: you may opt to use our dedicated travel service, which will handle all booking details on your behalf, ensuring a smooth journey to Santa Fe. Alternatively, if you prefer to make your own arrangements, you're welcome to book your flights independently and submit receipts for reimbursement up to the $2,000 limit. Whether you choose our service or book on your own, we recommend arranging arrivals on September 16th in the morning or early afternoon into Santa Fe or Albuquerque airport and departures on September 20th at any time. 

Our goal is to remove any financial or logistical barriers to your attendance, allowing you to focus entirely on the valuable interactions and insights awaiting you at the conference.

Transportation
To further streamline your experience, we are pleased to provide complimentary transportation services between Albuquerque International Sunport or Santa Fe Regional Airport and the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. Our dedicated shuttle service will be available on September 16th for arrivals and September 20th for departures, ensuring a seamless transition to and from the conference venue. Upon registration, you'll receive detailed information on pick-up locations and schedules.

How are travel arrangements made?

Attendees can use our travel booking service or can opt to book their own flights to Albuquerque or Santa Fe, with reimbursement up to $2,000 available for attendees, and we ask participants to choose as economical a mode of transit as comfort and circumstances allow. Ground transportation and airport transfers in Santa Fe will be coordinated by JUST Capital.

What organizations and corporations will be in attendance?

JUST Capital, IDEO, and our partners (Jobs for the Future, Financial Health Network, Good Jobs Institute, and Syndio) will have representatives at the Summit.

Members and anchor partners of JUST Capital's new Corporate Impact Lab will have priority registration. Other large companies (including, but not limited to, those within the Russell 1000) and brands are welcome to nominate attendees to participate. Because space is limited, members of JUST Capital’s Corporate Impact Lab will have priority in attendance.
